I think that a school, twitter account would be very
beneficial. It could be used to make
important announcements regarding the school activities each day, such as days
when the school is closed because of weather.
Another use Twitter could have is for individual classes. It could be used to tell students what day a
test will be, or a class cancelled.
Another idea of integrating education with new media is by
incorporating a virtual classroom setting.
Online learners, students who can’t attend a class on certain days, or
alternative classroom settings could benefit by being able to log in to a site
online and attend an online virtual class for any course a student is
attending.
